And here we go again with another super exciting week. I keep trying to plan ahead to find a time when I can sleep. How funny! So, we've had these three kids for a little while now. It might be safe to say we're getting the hang of it (whatever that means). I mean it's still really hard and crazy and fun all rolled into one quick blur. We decided to raise the bar and do a Disney vacation. This is Phil's favorite thing ever. We found a deal for a hotel stay at the Dolphin right on Boardwalk! That was pretty amazing being so close. Plus, they had a neat water park right on site! We went down on Wednesday night and stayed at a cheaper hotel, then got an early check-in at the nice place on Thursday and headed into the park. We got the seasonal pass, so you may see more posts of Disney World! I just need to figure out how to sneak away with Ellie in school. We met up with Phil's parents in Fantasy Land. Lots of new things happening in Fantasy Land. Marly's favorite was Dumbo! We left and headed back to the hotel in the late afternoon, went swimming and had dinner by the pool. Phil and I snuck out to Epcot for a drink (we walked there!). Too bad they closed at 9. I needed the early bedtime anyway. Abigail was not a fan of hotel sleeping. That part was really rough. I hate to say we may finally need another room when doing stuff like this. Friday we started in Hollywood Studios and did the Disney Jr. show- all of Ellie's favorites! We tried to get into the Toy Story ride, with no luck. We headed back to the Magic Kingdom for more fun. After lunch we continued to Epcot and did a modified drinking around the world. The girls loved the art projects in every country. We even stayed for the fireworks! How nice was it to just take a quick boat ride back to the room! Saturday we hung out by the pool and water slide then lazily made it back home. We were exhausted! The pictures below should tell more details. We had such a great time! The girls loved it, too :-) We did some other fun things this week...playdate with Tabitha and Williams, book club discussing Defending Jacob, where Phil had to actually go on a wine run for us! We had our first NFP class and dad babysat the girls, and a dentist appointment for Ellie and I (you know I love that). Ellie's said a few times today that she wishes we could stay in Disney World. I know it's exhausting and maybe we push them a bit...but man, it sure is fun!
