Tuesday I had coffee at Anne's again before story time. We hung out this whole week. It was nice! I met with a personal trainer at TCC. It was neat. She took a good look at my My Fitness pal app and suggested that I eat more protein. I should be aiming for 144g and right now I usually have maybe 50g/day. So, I've got some work to do. Also to be drinking 90 oz of water a day! She suggested a 1,2,3 tempo run to work on my speed and adding strength training to my work out. I started the same thing I did last spring and I'm still sore from the end of the week! Whew! Wednesday was coffee club at Jessica's to discuss safe injection sites. We reluctantly agreed that it's worth a try. We had a good, diverse conversation, though. I liked it. It was Spirit Night at Tijuana Flats that night. Thursday, Anne and I took the boys to the zoo to ride the train. I tried to go walking with the little kids during golf. That didn't work out too well. Later that night was the MOPS & POPS Valentine's Day dinner. We had an after party at the Spencer's. Anne's husband was cracking us up with the creation of FOPS (Father's of Preschoolers). Friday was a little slow. Abby and Voss had their annual check-ups. Both are healthy and doing great- in the 50th percentile for height and weight. I wouldn't say they were well behaved in their appointment, though. We did a work out at the park after. That afternoon I prepped for another CEE weekend. The girls rode bikes to my parent's house and stayed for the weekend. I think they had a great time but were wiped out tonight. My parents were wonderful! Phil played a few holes of golf and picked up McD's on the way home. After another movie night and family rosary, they were all asleep by 7pm! I did a quick grocery run to load up on some protein! The CEE weekend was nice. It's always a hustle to get out there, but once we're there, it's so nice. It was a gorgeous weekend. I even got to try out that tempo run during the break. We only had 8 couples on the weekend and I'm not sure one will get married. I loved reminiscing young love and remembering the sacrament of matrimony. It's always so nice!
